Requirements:

• 5+ years of UX/UI design experience for mobile and web products.
• A portfolio of exceptional design work that has been shipped for iOS, Android mobile & web platforms for consumer & enterprise facing applications
• Experience working directly with stakeholders and designing state of art mobile experiences
• Conduct Design Thinking workshops with clients to envision and story board state of art user experiences.
• Gather user requirements with Business stakeholders. Very good communication skills.
• Hands on knowledge of creating detailed interaction design, high-fidelity mockups. Should be able to articulate design rationale.
• Deep understanding of User centered design process. Expert knowledge of commonly used Design tools like Figma.
• Strong experience in creating comprehensive specifications that enforce consistency, usability, and accessibility for a mobile product.
• Prior Designing experience in Consumer facing App features – Chat, Social Platforms, Streaming Content is a big plus.
• They should have worked on mobile experiences in the last 2-3 years [ as you know mobile app user experience changes with every new device iOS and Android ]
• Knowledge of social interactions design [social features like : WhatsApp + Instagram]
• Content interactions [Content features like : Podcasts, Videos (OTT)] The above means there will be lot of consumers using the app regularly, so he/she should be familiar with Consumer facing apps
• They should be able to design state of art , so should have multi national products experience.
• They should be able to build grounds up product design in Figma [ so it can be consumed by development team ]
