Description:

• Work with Product Managers to take use cases and wireframes and develop applications.
• Combine technology and data skills with understanding of business needs, dynamics and processes to design and deliver workflows, features, and capabilities that drive business performance improvement.
• Work end-to-end from designing the architecture of the digital duplicate to data cleansing, ingestion, transforms, and validation to visualization of the data using the toolset.
• Implement applications for customers alongside the Customer Success Manager and Data Architect(s), including configuration, customization, and validation.
• During implementation, handle the customer’s technical questions, requests, and issues.
• Collaborate with Engineering to test and enhance new features and resolve issues/tickets.
• Adhere to design guidelines and governance. Share knowledge and best practices with other members of the team.

Background/Experience:

• Experience with business intelligence, data mining and modeling, Tableau, Power BI, SQL, and/or Predictive modeling using R or Python is beneficial to the role.
• Desire to combine business understanding with data and technology.
• Experience in all phases of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) from discovery to delivery with specialized focus on design and architecture.
• Must be self-starter and problem-solver, working independently with minimal supervision.
• Adaptable, resilient and organized, with accountability and follow-through.
• Strong communicator able to effectively engage customers and team members. Experience in delivering group presentations.
• Previous experience (2-5 years) in a similar role is preferred. Education Qualification:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Technology, Software Engineering, or related degree. Master’s degree is preferred.
