Requirements:

2. Minimum 1 year of experience in social media management, including content creation, scheduling, and analytics tracking.
3. Familiarity with social media analytics tools to track and report on performance, and adapt strategies based on data insights.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills to maintain a consistent brand voice and tone.
5. Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketing to keep the company’s online presence current and engaging.
6. A degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is a plus but not mandatory.

Responsibilities:

1. Managing queries and messages, replying to people and engaging with audiences.
2. Scheduling and delivering messages through an up-to-date content calendar.
3. Working with the wider marketing team to help deliver key messages and support on marketing campaigns and activities.
4. Analyzing and reporting back on content, looking at key performance indicators and content types to make recommendations.
5. Working with other visual media designers and writers to create exciting, fun content that helps achieve business aims.
6. Staying up to date with all developments in social media, such as legal changes, new platforms and new features introduced.
